The newly reconstructed space on the first floor will be temporarily enriched by statues of the leader of the sculpture studio of the University of Ostrava, Jaroslav Koléšek. The theme of the exhibition, called Technofauna, corresponds to the castle's new permanent exhibition. It focuses on the relationship of man to the landscape and, among other things, it presents a number of archaeological finds and exhibits documenting the transformation of the landscape in the foothills of the Beskydy Mountains. Koléšek's realizations using castings of stones, minerals and rocks in connection with personalized parts of machines or engines on an imaginary level go beyond the issues of industrial archeology, or more aptly into "technopaleontology", as the author himself humorously notes. The niches of the Krasno chateau will thus enliven the helicopters, transformed into life-sowing single-celled whipworms, resting submarines or the imagination that stimulates engine residues.
